Shipping & Delivery

Your package will be shipped climate neutral with our shipping partner DHL. Within Germany usually even on the same day. As a rule, however, on the second working day at the latest. Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation or a Paketshop is not possible at the moment. Please note the indicated availability on the respective product page.

From an order value of 40€ | free of shipping costs

Austria:

Switzerland:

Returns

Products that are unopened and unused can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To do this, you can contact us by email (customer-care@pericosmetics.com) or in writing by mail. You will bear the costs for the return. Opened or used care products cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene. Here you can find all details about the right of withdrawal.
